Popinko is a mobile game developed by Pomilo Games. This privacy policy explains how data may be collected and used when you play Popinko.
Popinko uses Google AdMob to show advertisements, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Google and its partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where consent is given, personalized advertising.
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Popinko may grant an in-game reward after the ad has completed.
Popinko may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, and are subject to that provider's payment terms and privacy policy. Pomilo Games does not receive or store your payment card, bank account, or full billing details.
To provide purchased content, verify purchases, prevent fraud, and restore purchases, Popinko and the app store provider may process purchase-related information such as the item purchased, transaction or order identifiers, purchase status, purchase time, app identifiers, and device or account-related identifiers.
Users in applicable regions may be shown privacy and consent choices through Google's User Messaging Platform. These choices may affect personalized advertising, advertising measurement and storage, and analytics storage.
Popinko uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and improve gameplay, performance, retention, and monetization. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect app-instance identifiers, app interactions and lifecycle events, session statistics, device and operating-system information, approximate location derived from masked IP addresses, and purchase events where applicable. Where required, analytics storage is controlled by the consent choices presented through Google's User Messaging Platform. This data is processed by Google according to its applicable privacy terms.
Popinko may use the Meta SDK and Meta App Events to measure ad performance, understand app installs and in-game events, and improve advertising campaigns. Meta may receive information such as device identifiers, app events, app interactions, purchase-related events where applicable, approximate location, device and operating-system information, and advertising attribution information.
Meta processes this information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Your device settings, consent choices, and Meta account settings may affect how Meta uses information for advertising and measurement.
To request deletion of data associated with Popinko, email pomilogames@gmail.com with the subject "Popinko Data Deletion." Include any relevant player, device, transaction, or support identifier available to you so Pomilo Games can locate the data associated with your request.
Pomilo Games will verify the request and delete data it controls, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Local game data can also be removed by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application. Data processed by third-party services, such as Google, Meta, or app store providers, may also be subject to those providers' privacy tools and deletion processes.
